February 11 from 5-7:00 PM. Fogle Featured Artist, Doug Eng is a local, Urban Photographer who captures the Jacksonville cityscape with a bold and dynamic new perspective. Through the lens, Eng takes a look at our everyday environment of recognizable architectural structures and alters our angle of view.
