Highly-acclaimed folk musician Anne Lough will follow up two in-school workshops with a concert at St. Peter's Episcopal Church at 7:00. Thank you to Spring Controls and Fernandina Beach Animal Clinic for their generous donation to allow us to bring Anne into local elementary schools, and to provide the community this free concert. 

Folk Musician Anne Lough performs on the Hammered Dulcimer Monday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Episcopal Church. This event is Free and Open to the Pubic.

   Free Family Drum Circle

Join us the last Monday of every month for a free Rhythm 101 class with Frank Basile. People of all ages and all backgrounds are invited to participate. No drum or prior experience necessary. The next class is Monday, February 22 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Please register in advance by calling (904)277-1225 or emailing us at information@ameliaartsacademy.org

We've added an exciting twist to our Sunday Musicale!

RagWeedMask2.jpgAttendees of the February 21 Sunday Musicale that features Henry Vollenweider Scholarship Recipient Morgan Waas and Arts Academy founder Dr. Tim McKee on the Pipe Organ is one not to be missed! 

In addition to outstanding music, we have added artist Brian Barnard as a performer. Brian specializes in live painting and attendees will get to watch as he creates a masterpiece inspired by the music. The piece will be available for purchase in a silent auction following the concert.

Thank you to Brett's Waterway Cafe, Bonito's Sushi & Grill, and The Crab Trap for providing the outstanding refreshments for the reception. 

Please note - all funds raised at this event will benefit the Henry Vollenweider Pipe Organ Scholarship Fund.
