Save the date and your appetite! Downtown Vision, Inc. is dishing out exquisite cuisine at an affordable price during EUDT2010the fourth annual Eat Up Downtown, Downtown Jacksonville's dining promotion. Due to popular demand, Eat Up Downtown is two weeks this year, August 9 - August 22.  Each participating restaurant will offer specially selected, three-course dinner menus for $25 per person. There are no coupons to clip or tickets to buy, simply view the menus online and call the restaurant for reservations.


On Friday, July 30World at Nightth, the bars of The Core are at it again...they're taking you from one end of the earth to the other during the Around the World Party. Come out and take your taste buds on a global journey as you enjoy cocktail specialties from Holland to Russia and beyond.  Explore the mysteries of Tokyo and the sultry summer of Mexico...see the world as imagined by The Core.   

Join the City of Jacksonville, Independent Living Resource Center (ILRC) and BROOKS Rehabilitation as they partner to put music withinon a two day event celebrating the 20 year anniversary signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act. July 23 will showcase the award winning movie, "Music Within." Enjoy a night of casual conversation, heavy hors d'oeuvres and an exclusive showing in the WJCT auditorium.  On July 24, the celebration moves to the Veterans Memorial Arena for an adaptive sports showcase. The event is free to the public and will feature Wheelchair Moto X athlete Aaron "Wheelz" Fotheringham  Also joining the showcase is the USA Wheelchair Rugby Team.
