Ahoy, scoundrels, scallywags and fair maidens! The second annualGreat Pirate Party is back! This Friday, July 22,   pirates and pirate fans will revel in The Core Downtown. Plunder special drink menus, and be entertained with plenty o' pirate-people watching throughout the night. Look for the pirate flags to call you home at the participating ports of call: Burrito Gallery, Burro Bar, Dive Bar, Dos Gatos, LIT Downtown, Mark's Downtown Club/Lounge, Maverick's Rock n' Honky Tonk, and Northstar "The Pizza Bar."      Pop princessBritney Spears comes to Jacksonville on July 23 at 7 p.m., along with Jessie and the Boy Toys. Rock out to pop favorites while seeing this world-renowned icon on stage. Spears has sold more than 67 million albums worldwide since she entered the music world in 1999.
